[field title=”Food & Drink”]The specialty drinks were espresso martinis, and a pomegranate basil smash.
The hors d’oeuvres were bruschetta with a tomato and Burrata, Beef skewer with Taziki, And a tater tot with crème fraîche and caviar.
The first course for dinner was handmade ricotta gnocchi with pomodoro sauce & burrata. A crisp caesar salad was the second course. Entrees were filet mignon with a truffle, scallop potato or a miso blacken cod on wasabi mashed potatoes. [/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]From the floral designer Laura of Bluebell Florals, “Veronika wanted a classic and timeless design with lush garden style blooms. We loved creating her ceremony space, to look as if the florals had been growing on the pergola all along. They wanted the reception space to feel intimate and romantic so we used lots of candles on each table to compliment the classic white florals and greenery draped along the chandeliers.”[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]The wedding cake was a 5 tier, all white cake decorated with white roses. The first option was a vanilla cake with berry jam & vanilla cream, and swiss meringue buttercream. The second option was a lemon cake with lemon curd, mascarpone cream, and swiss meringue buttercream.[/field]
