How lovely it is to be sharing the very stylish Tullyglass Hotel wedding of Adrian and Emma today. Their day was the epitome of Christmas elegance, with a cosy wintery feel.
There was a really calm and relaxed atmosphere, with the most gorgeous styling. There were opulent florals, stunning outfits and timeless stationery throughout.
Their day was filled to the brim with love and smiles, perfectly caught on camera by the wonderful Sheena T Photography. Thanks so much to Sheena for very kindly sharing these incredible captures. Enjoy them all in full below.

The Proposal
He had high hopes for a romantic proposal along the waterfront in Melbourne city but got cold feet and proposed to me in the hotel room before dinner lol. I’m still waiting for him to get on one knee!!! It was on mummys birthday.
The Vision
I always loved a winter wedding so I was so excited that we chose December. My vision was to stand out with accessories.
The Venue
Tullyglass Hotel Ballymeana, Co.Antrim
Your Outfits
Emma (bride) – my dress was custom-made from Moira Hughes Couture in Paddington, Sydney, Australia. I visited a few bridal shops beforehand but I could never get that ‘WOW’ factor and then I decided I would design my own as I had a vision in my head.
My shoes were cheap and cheerful but mostly, comfort was key for me! $60 from Mollini (Australian brand), and earrings from Amelie George. I wanted something to stand out as my dress was so plain and had a high neck. I was obsessed with my earrings I think they made a real statement! Adrian bought me a beautiful bracelet from Jewlrs with my two grandfathers’ birthstones on it.
Adrian’s suit was from Journey of Gentlemen (Magherafelt, Co. Derry) – colour choice to match the flowers and red velvet for Christmas. Adrian wore custom cufflinks from ‘Bella and Bow’ with our son Caomhán’s fingerprint engraved on them. A present I give him to open ‘the morning of’.
The Ceremony & Music
Chapel music was instrumental by Doireann Donnelly and Cara Murray (on piano and harp), they played the entrance song Canon in D and the communion reflection was ‘Its your day – by Yiruma’. Singing was beautiful by Jana Mc Carthy.

The Styling & Decor
- Cake made by my beautiful mummy Monica (monicadonnelly15 is her Instagram handle)Â
- Flowers by the amazing Macknagh Blossoms – one of the most special and memorable parts of my day was seeing my bouquets and floral arch
- Signage by my amazing friend Danielle Convery
The Honeymoon
We have yet to book as we live in Australia and went home for 7 weeks to Ireland for Christmas, but we hope to book Fiji later in the year just the 3 of us.
Memorable Moments
Seeing my flowers, writing all my letters to the bridal party and watching them read them, seeing Caomhán and Adrian at the top of the altar. The car journey to the chapel with my daddy in the Morris Minor and walking up the aisle is a moment I will never forget.
