This was a memorable three-day, five-event celebration of love in Riviera Maya, set against the spectacular Caribbean ocean. Each event featured its distinct decorative style, creating unique atmospheres throughout the celebration. The wedding was a beautiful fusion of two cultures: Vish, who is Hindu, and Crystal, who is Vietnamese.
Tea Ceremony: This meaningful and symbolic event embodies mutual respect between the couple and their elders while signifying the union of two families. During the ceremony, the couple, dressed in traditional attire, kneels before their seated elders and serves them tea with the assistance of attendants, typically bridesmaids. The focus was entirely on the ritual, with no floral elements needed for this intimate and significant moment.

Sangeet The Sangeet was a vibrant celebration where everyone danced, with the couple, their family, and close friends preparing special choreographies for the newlyweds. The decor took inspiration from Moroccan aesthetics set beneath the majestic Mayan palapa. The atmosphere was enriched with intense red hues reflected in both Crystal’s attire and the stunning centerpieces, creating a lively and passionate ambiance.

Hindu Ceremony Set against the backdrop of the Caribbean ocean, the ceremony was a vibrant celebration of love. The bold design for the Mandap was an explosion of colors, inspired by the intense hues of a sunset. We incorporated marigold garlands, known as ‘cempasúchil’ in Mexico, to create a playful and dimensional effect. This unconventional floral design made a statement, perfectly mirroring the joyful and dynamic nature of the couple’s love.

Symbolic Ceremony This deeply emotional ceremony featured the couple exchanging heartfelt vows, making a vivid declaration of love in front of their loved ones. The floral design embraced a romantic, garden-inspired style with pastel tones, creating a soft and dreamy atmosphere that beautifully contrasted with the blue hues of the ocean and sky.

Reception For this event, we aimed to create an immersive garden atmosphere. We designed a low-hanging floral installation above the dance floor, seamlessly blending it with the bridal party table and its backdrop. This cohesive setup transformed the ballroom, enveloping guests in a lush, garden-inspired experience that felt both intimate and enchanting. For the tables, the exquisite white floral design embodies elegance and sophistication through its rich array of textures, creating a lush and layered composition, while delicate accents of dried foliage add depth and dimension. The use of varied blooms and greenery highlights the natural beauty of each element, resulting in a timeless and refined design that exudes grace and sophistication.
