Lauren and Sean’s 40 guest celebration at Werner House captured the dreamy glow of Kacey Musgraves’ “Golden Hour.” Planner Aisle & Co. framed the garden ceremony with pastel blooms by Passiflora Studio, while personalized china and sage striped linens from Got Ya Covered Linens brought playful charm to the reception. As sunset deepened, a live sax from Luminary Productions led guests upstairs for tequila shot introductions to the dance floor—proving golden hour can last all night.

Golden Hour Rehearsal Dinner:

After Lauren and Sean met online during the pandemic, a handful of outside dates turned into cozying up together inside and, eventually, a dazzling diamond ring. The pair were walking to dinner with Lauren’s parents when Sean surprised her by stopping, kneeling, and asking her to marry him. She said yes, and was further surprised to find a group of their friends and family waiting to celebrate their engagement with a champagne toast!

Inspired by their wedding song, Kacey Musgraves’ “Golden Hour,” the pair’s wedding captured the elegant romance of golden hour with pops of baby blue and coral as a nod to the album’s cover art. Lauren and Sean tied the knot in an intimate garden party ceremony with only 40 of their closest loved ones in attendance.

Lauren wore a sleek sheath gown with a custom-made tulle wrap, bow, and train, complemented by her bridesmaids’ floral print dresses and Sean’s black tuxedo with shawl lapels. Her bouquet featured soft pastel tones of pink, yellow, blue, and peach to match the blooms that twined up the wooden arbor at the altar of their outdoor ceremony site.

The floral-forward design carried into the reception, where vibrant blooms lined guest tables dressed with sage-green pinstriped linens. At each place setting, personalized pink bows served as name cards atop mix-and-match china with floral details.

A saxophone player filled the garden with jazzy tunes until it was time to party, at which point he led guests upstairs to the dance floor where tequila shots awaited! One of the night’s highlights was a video montage of Lauren and her dad dancing in her childhood recitals, which they showed as a surprise during the father/daughter dance!
